Water fasting is an useful and simpler way to detox your body. It will help you purify the blood removing the toxic materials in your body and cleanse your stomach and intestines. 
WATER FASTING can be done for 3 days to get results for a standard human body. 

Steps to ensure:
1. Not applicable for children, pregrant ladies, diabetic people, patients.
2. Doctor advisory is a compulsory one.

Steps to follow:
1. For 3 days of Water fasting, you should get prepared prior. You should slowly reduce the consumption of food a week prior to fasting so that your body will get adopted to this. 
2. During the days of fasting, except water noting has to be consumed. Not even juices to be taken into consumption.
3. After 3 days of fasting, food intake has to be done slowly. On 4th day, only fruits, juices and fibre rich foods should be taken. For the remaining days, the volume of food should be slowly increased.

Effects of Water Fasting:
1. You will feel hunger pain in stomach, headaches are more common. Just be patient for the days of fasting.
2. Water fasting will result in fat loss as well.
3. Your body will be detoxified.
4. You will be fresh and you can feel that.
